Once appointment is set your service provider will reach out to charge a 15% deposit. •Our grace period is 10min. Failing to make it to your appointment on time will result in appointment cancellation and non refundable deposit. •Cancellations must be made 24hrs prior to your appointment to receive full deposit back. •Rescheduling, cancelling and no showing the day of appointment will result in no service and the deposit will be non refundable.
